About Community Help Co

Community Help Co is run by me, Simon Farrugia, in Melbourne. I work one-to-one with people who want to get more out of life and work, one week at a time.

My approach is practical. We agree on small, specific goals, you have a go during the week, and we look at what happened together, without judgement. Progress comes from showing up each week, not from big promises.

Sessions are online on Microsoft Teams, so you can join from wherever you're comfortable. After every session you get written notes, so you, your family or your support coordinator can see what we're working on.

We work with private clients and with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed (Community Help Co is an unregistered NDIS provider). ABN 89 640 199 935.
