Privacy policy

What we collect on this website: the details you choose to send in our enquiry or referral forms (name, email, phone if given, who the support is for, the service you're interested in and your message). Please don't include health details, NDIS numbers, dates of birth or addresses in the forms; we'll discuss anything sensitive privately.

How we use it: only to reply to you, arrange a free chat and provide our services. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Getting started: if you email us, we use your email only to reply and arrange a free chat. Sessions run on Microsoft Teams.

Website analytics: we may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits to pages. It doesn't identify you.

Session notes and client records are stored securely and only shared with your consent (for example with your plan manager or support coordinator).
